My mentee H’s residence permit was about to expire. His circumstances suggested that an application for settlement would not be straightforward. Over an initial zoom meeting Danielle quickly assessed the challenges. I was impressed by Danielle’s knowledge of and experience in similar cases. We moved forward with an appropriate plan, managed by her team, including coordination of statements and counsel opinion. The application was submitted on time. Today, less than three months after submitting the paperwork, Danielle has advised that the application has been successful. The news has come as immense relief. H is now able to get on with his life and pursue his career. I needed help with my British Naturalisation application and Laura was assigned to my case. It was a potentially difficult case due to my higher than usual level of absences, but Laura built a really strong case and my application was granted quicker than expected. Great service and definitely worth the slightly higher price. Definitely recommend for any immigration purposes.
